Just like Rocambole garlic, Porcelain garlic has a rich taste and it usually contains only for large cloves wrapped in a white papery parchment; it is often confused with Elephant garlic because of the large cloves. Rocambole, porcelain and purple stripe garlic are all types of soft-necked garlic; all of the have different varieties.
